After collecting the questionnaire, it was entered into SPSS software to perform analysis in this software. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used before testing the hypotheses to ensure the normality of the data and also to select the desired test for testing the research hypotheses. The results showed that the data are normal, so according to the results, multivariate linear regression test was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that the professional ethics variable has a significant effect on the identity and personal maturity of employees.
