Recognition creative factors in developing learning networks. Research in Islamic Azad Universities of Tehra

Abstract:
purpose

The present study identifies the effective factors in developing student learning networks in Islamic Azad universities in Tehran.

Method

A mixed research approach was used to conduct the research. The research community in the qualitative section includes all experts, professors and senior managers in the field of management, education and learning who have experience and presence in the field of virtual learning. Using targeted sampling, 15 experts were interviewed. The statistical population in the quantitative stage was all graduate students of Islamic Azad universities in Tehran in the academic year 1398-1399 that 251 people were selected as a sample by random sampling method. The research tool in the qualitative section was unstructured interviews. In order to collect quantitative data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, the items of which were taken from the results of qualitative data analysis in the first stage. In the present study, a three-dimensional method has been used to validate the data. In the qualitative part, the participatory feedback method was used. In the quantitative part, first face validity was used to assess the validity of the questionnaire and then Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for the reliability of the questionnaire which was 89%. In order to analyze the findings of qualitative interviews, the method of inductive content analysis based on open coding was used. Exploratory factor analysis and one-sample t-test were used for quantitative data analysis.

Findings

The results showed that the effective factors affecting the creation of student learning networks are: 1- Students' motivations 2- Learning networks planning 3- Networking and support 4- Facilities and supplies and 5-. knowledge management. Paying attention to these factors can be very effective and useful in creating student learning networks in graduate education and improving student learning networks.
