Abstract:
Background

To assess the Pattern of psychological well-being in the context of a philosophical lifestyle.

Methods

The method of this study assessed a new interpretation of the welfare model by content analysis, and is inferred from the research hypothesis attributing certain features of the characteristics of a balanced life in a philosophical lifestyle.

Results

Intellect is an important element by which to regard the unseen world and it grows in equilibrium with science and knowledge. Applying spirituality with science  prevenrts man from deprivatiion decadence  in life. Accordingly, training of a wise and spiritual man, in the context of a philosophical lifestyle in which the   mind is the main feature, is an important necessity for the psychological well-being model.

Conclusion

One who has faith in God can reach spiritual health through philosophical thinking, meditation, and   cognitive judgment; self-efficacy preventing helplessness to dominate over one's own environment and self indulgence.
