Abstract:
The death penalty has been one of the most violent crimes in the history of mankind, but over time many countries around the world have abandoned this type of punishment and even in the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, this type of punishment is not condemned and is considered against human rights. In most countries, instead of heavy punishments such as the death penalty, they use the guarantee of other executions, and more importantly, they take ways to prevent crimes against humanity. Unfortunately, in the laws of our country, punishments such as execution, stoning, etc. are among the life-threatening crimes that originate from jurisprudence but are not very compatible with today's world. And appropriate alternatives in the way of reforming the individual, society and expanding the security of society, and in this way, efforts are made to examine the schools, laws and views of researchers, sociologists and jurists to choose the appropriate solution.
