Pattern of Interactive Effects of Learning-Teaching Organizationin the University System of the Country
The extent and complexity of competition in today's world has necessitated the use of new and interactive methods of learning and teaching. The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent and effects of the interaction between learning and teaching in organizations. Also, which component of the teaching organization is more effective for being a learning and which component of the learning organization is more effective for being teaching.
This research is an exploratory research in terms of applied purpose and in terms of nature and method. A questionnaire was used to collect data and interpretive structural modeling was used to analyze them. The statistical population of the study consisted of 8 university experts who were selected by purposive sampling.
According to the analysis of the influence and dependency matrix, the component of determination in decision making in the autonomous region, common ideals and values in the independent region, systemic attitude and ideas in the dependent region and teachable components of components, team learning, emotional energy, mental models, Individuals were placed in the transplant area. The components of the teaching organization including values, ideas, teachable perspective and emotional energy had the greatest impact on the organization's learning, respectively, and among the components of the learning organization, the common ideal, systemic attitude, team learning, mental models and individual ability had the greatest impact on teaching, respectively. They were organizations.
In the interaction between teaching and learning in the university environment, all components of the learning and teaching organization except the component of determination were effective in decision making. Paying attention to the component of values and ideas, common aspirations and systemic attitude has the greatest impact on teaching and learning in the university environment.
