Identifying and Prioritizing the Most Effective ‎Factors on Innovation of Defense Research Centers

In today's world, rapid change makes the continued survival and development of the organization dependent on the organization's ability to adapt to changing and highly competitive conditions today. Flexibility in the face of these conditions requires innovation.This research is designed to identify and prioritize the most important factors which affect the innovation of Air Force of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran research centers.

The research is an applied research in terms of objective and a descriptive- survey study in terms of of nature and method. In this study, First, the factors affecting the innovation of research centers were extracted from the research background, and then the opinions of 14 experts in order to localize the factors were collected by purposeful judgmental sampling using the Delphi questionnaire. Kendall test and SPSS software were used for data analysis. Finally, the most important factors were ranked by fuzzy dimtel method.

Members intelligence, using human resource according to their ability and establishing an innovation strategy were respectively the most important factors.

Managers and commanders must pay attention to the fact that innovation is achieved primarily through human factors. Accordingly, the priority of soft dimensions over hard factors can lead to faster realization of innovation in the organization.
