One of the most important and necessary issues in the field of social life is interaction and consensus and consultation. This can be achieved by using the consulting technique. The variety of clients' problems and moods is so great that the more familiar the counseling is with the techniques and the more experience they gain in using them, the more they will need to learn new techniques. Counseling is a professional relationship between counselors and clients that is a new phenomenon, and one of the achievements of modern psychological knowledge. Therefore, considering the importance of this issue, the consultant should be able to carry out the consultation and consensus process with the clients in the best possible way. The counselor should know the theoretical and practical views of counseling techniques and methods well. Although the practical use of counseling techniques is an art, its success depends on the personality traits of the counselor; At the same time, teaching the consultant techniques and methods increases his chances of success in counseling. The present article tries to take a small step in introducing some of the most effective counseling techniques. Therefore, to achieve this goal, a descriptive method has been used to present the content. In this article, which has been compiled in a review manner and with reference to library resources, we try to provide materials that are useful and practical for counselors and therapists.
