Identification and Ranking of Factors Influencing Cultural Engineering of Social Networks (with MIC MAC Software)

Nowadays, the growth and development of modern technologies has affected the social life of humans at different levels. So that many scholars have analyzed the new technologies of human existence and determine their identity in different fields. The increasing trend of technology consumption and its unintended consequences, such as fluidity of identity, individualism, ontological insecurity, etc., has attracted the attention of scholars and planners to the concept of cultural engineering and its determinants in order to identify optimal solutions. Accordingly, the main objective of this research is to identify and rank the factors influencing the cultural engineering of social networks The research conducted by a qualitative method with grounded theory approach. This study included 30 key informant interviews, including senior police experts, sociologists, psychologists, experts in executive agencies (governors) and citizens living in Urmia. To determine the study sample, a purposive sampling method was used to collect data, deep interview was used. Also, in order to determine the key variables affecting the cultural engineering of social network, the interpretation of structural modeling (Mic Mac software) was used. Analysis of data from interviews suggests the development of the main theory of pragmatism crisis in cultural engineering. The results of interpretive structural equation modeling showed that structures such as ethnic discontent (rank 1), lack of control and monitoring (rank 2), imperfect socialization (rank 3), stereotypical management of cyberspace (rank 4) rule crisis (rank 5) are the key variables affecting the social network of cultural engineering. The results also showed that lack of engineering of social networks lead the society to some complications such as increasing moral corruption in cyberspace, insecurity, explosion of security approach to issues, weakening the basis of the family, economic, political and social crisis, weakening monitoring systems, normalization of breaking the norms and tendency to foreign culture.
