Study and analysis of the social deviations in marginalized communities (A case study in Maragheh)
In this study which used a social-psychological survey based method with an emphasis on qualitative methods, people’s social and economical features were analyzed in relation to the social deviations. The gained results from the analysis of the economical-social features of the people who have social deviations in the marginalized neighborhoods in Maragheh revealed that most of the deviation of the people is among the people under 20, having elementary studies, low income, families having more than five members, singles and the ones having non-standard houses. Also, the results gained from the correlation between the social deviation variable with the other variables revealed that the variables of family violence, the increase of the family members, low education and inappropriate economical conditions are influential variables in the social deviations and there is a significant relationship between these factors and social deviation; but by rejecting the relationship between the variables of not satisfying the emotional needs and religious beliefs in the families with the ethical deviations, it can be said that there is not a significant relationship between them and low satisfaction of emotional needs is not the cause of social deviations and also low religious beliefs is not a reason for the increase in the social deviation.
