Strategic Planning ethnicities of Iran using SWOT model

Ethnic and cultural diversity of the country like Iran can provide opportunities for country development, however, can be one of important substrates of insecurity and security threats, In particular political geography and geopolitics of Iranian ethnicities, such as racial and religious minorities frontiersman and cultural gaps between them can cause irritation and greedy Colonial countries and the presence of ethnic and religious differences are seditious aliens in turmoil. Multiplicity and diversity of the various ethnicities composition of the population in countries with different cultures, Governments will face challenges. Ethnic cultures in the Iran are located in the border of country (Boundaries) that this geographical position of ethnic complicates the national security equation and considering that these ethnicities are often the most sensitive strategic areas of country and the possible influence of neighboring countries and their tendency, Causes of the threats and vulnerabilities of national sovereignty and is of great importance to the national security strategy and social. In this study, a descriptive - analytic study was done, using strategic planning model (swot) discussed to provide effective strategies are in the strategic planning of ethnicities. Strategic analysis revealed this country has 25 of the strengths and opportunities as an advantage and 19 as major weaknesses and threats faced restrictions on ethnicities planning in Iran. Model analytical results indicate that stimulation of foreign agents, noise, and wide media enemy propaganda, psychological warfare against the Islamic Republic of Iran and … are the main barriers to optimal planning to the Iranian ethnicities.
