Evaluating the Performance of Physical Education Departments of Higher Education Institutions Based on Hierarchical Analysis (AHP) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Case Study: Technical and Vocational University
Employee performance management has many obvious and hidden achievements for the organization, because its proper implementation improves employee performance and thus improves the productivity of the organization. The purpose of this study was to design indicators for evaluating the performance of physical education and sports in the provincial administration of the Technical and Vocational University of Iran; The present study was mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection, which was done in three stages; In the first stage, semi-open interviews with 8 experts and extracting concepts from their interviews and then using 22 experts to prioritize and compile indicators using fuzzy Delphi technique and hierarchical analysis and Finally, in order to develop a tool to evaluate the performance of physical education departments of the Technical and Vocational University using a sample of 172 people and modeling structural equations (5q
