A comparative study of theft in cyberspace and traditional space

Robbery is one of the indigenous crimes and is divided into two categories: Haddock theft and Taizari theft. The innovation in this research is the investigation of traditional hack and web robbery that has not been investigated in other research. We look at the underlying problems and ambiguities in traditional and Internet theft. The spiritual or psychological element of cybercrime, like traditional robbery, is the attempted robbery of another item, which includes two parts: general and specific. Regarding the legal element of this crime, although there are no separate headings in the current Iranian law on "cyber theft", it may be slightly supplemented by the provisions of the "Cybercrime Law" and the laws governing physical theft. . The most important legal provision in this regard is Article 2 of the Code of Cybercrime, which can be used to circumvent cybercrime.
