The Relationship of Five Big Personality Factors and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies with Brutal Normal Behaviors in Referrals to Semnan Police Offices
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between five personality factors and cognitive emotion regulation strategies with normative behaviors in referring to Semnan police stations. The present study is a descriptive correlation study. The statistical population of this study was referred to the disputes and disputes center of Semnan city police out of 612 cases of conflict and 236 cases were selected by random sampling method based on Cochran formula. Neo Personality Questionnaire, Garnefsky et al. Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire and Criminological Cognitive Questionnaire were used for data collection. The results of data analysis showed that only the neurotic component had a significant relationship with normative behavior. Also, the neurotic component along with the extraversion component was able to predict the variable of normative behavior and between normative behavior variable and cognitive emotion regulation, the components of self-blame, acceptance of conditions, rumination, re-focusing, positive re-evaluation, catastrophic, blame. There is a relationship with others. According to these findings, According to these findings, the neurotic component has a significant relationship with norm-breaking behavior. The neurotic component, along with the extroversion component, has been able to predict the normative behavior variable. the highest predictor of normative behavior was related to the rumor component, followed by the component of catastrophic perception, blame others, and positive reappraisal, respectively.
