Reviwing the effect of the work life quality on social status of Semnan province police command
Quality of working life is important because human resources, the rarest and most expensive is the organizational capital and Development, progress and efficiency in the organization due to the efforts of the organization's human resources. By identifying QWL and its impact on the social status of police can be an effective step taken to improve the quality of working life organizations and As a result of the increased attractiveness of the police and employee loyalty to the organization is to promote effective organizational productivity. The main question is whether the quality of working life in Semnan province has an impact on the social status of police personnel? In this study, survey and questionnaire technique has been used The study population all police personnel in Semnan province (1500 people) Among these, 300 were selected using random sampling class. Based on the findings and Based on the regression equation, A total of eight independent variable 5 variable on the dependent variable of social status and are due to the effect on it. This highly effective 5 variables include: Integration and social cohesion in the organization (Beta 0.194), social dependence of work life (Beta 0.183), providing opportunities for growth and security (Beta 0.179), the payment of fair and adequate (Beta 0.177) and overall living space (Beta: 0.124 ).
