Pattern of excellence in health, safety and environment culture in project-based organizations using the EFQM model case study of a contractor company

Abstract:

Today, organizations and projects managers perceive the changes of world. Hence, they distanced away the traditional organization management and oriented toward the application of novel management principles using the promotion patterns in organization. Accordingly, in present research, the health culture promotion pattern, safety and environment in project-based organizations are studied using EFQM in a contracting firm. The methodology in this research is descriptive-correlative. In addition, the library research was used to collect the information about foreign and local literatures. The population includes 400 experts and practitioners in health, safety and environment related occupations among with 118 subjects were selected as the sample size using Cochran's formula. Moreover, using the SPSS and LISREL, the data was inferentially and descriptively analyzed. The results implied that applying the organization promotion model is effective on health, safety and environment promotion in project-based organizations.
