The Loose Concept of " Common "In the dual high art / popular art
the sociological approach to art is based on the principle that not only is the artist and the work of art not unique and mysterious, but it is the product of a social context and position. The above approach allows us to study the sociology of the duality of popular art / high art. Therefore, in this study, we seek to answer the question that if the above dual opposition system means the definition of "one" is based on " the other", can it be assumed that this can be overturned? In this study, we use the concept of Walter Benjamin's artistic aura and Judith Butler's theory of gender performance. This study, considering the market for buying and selling the "original" works of art at auctions and Mozart's "sample", shows that we do not face the "decline of the artistic aura " in the age of electronic reproduction, and the concept of " aura " is the concept of " Mobile" which very much depends on the situation. This reveals the fact that the position of the individual between the common (and the artisan) and being an artist depends on the situation and is unstable. This fact in turn helps us to conclude that the performance of lay / elite identity, is used depending on the situation. And we learn to play the role of a commoner or an elite.
