The relationship between the rule of law and crime prevention among students of Payam Noor University

Abstract:

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the rule of law and crime prevention mong students of Payam Noor University conducted Survey research methods, research tools included the role of legalism (selfmade model) and a questionnaire for the Prevention of Crime (model developed by the researchers) have been used. Confirmed validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha respectively 71% and 82% is obtained. The study population of 1,300 in the number of students of Payam Noor University Ashkhaneh city in 93 years .The sample consisted of 297 patients (according to Morgan) students of Payam Noor University is a stratified random sampling method is relative. The main hypothesis of this study was to test the correlation of 99% was confirmed. The sub-project components (the role of coercion in legalism, the role of the media in legalism, literacy in legalism) with a confidence level of 99% related to crime prevention there.
