Electronic Monitoring on Computer Crimes and its Role in Legalism

Abstract:
Background

Electronic monitoring has the aim of reducing the costs of traditional monitoring and personal attendances and increasing benefits and using electronic communicative tools to establish proper and effective frameworks. “Electronic monitoring” is one of the new concepts of management and principals of legalism which is considered as one the most effective and hilly welcomed concepts in completing the Electronic Government.

Methodology

The present study is a library based research which uses current resources to study the condition and necessity of electronic monitoring on computer crimes and legalism.

Findings

Some of the fundamental problems in monitoring in Iran are the frequent number of monitoring organizations, using the traditional systems and methods and discovering the crimes. Applying electronic monitoring can be a proper and regular tool to prevent, discover and detect computer crimes to establish the electronic government.

Conclusion

Using electronic monitoring systems, monitoring, security and regulatory agents can prevent and detect the crimes fast and accurate which leads to legalism and regulation.
