Identifying political-security solutions for productive employment in Bandar Anzali city
One of the biggest problems in today's society is security. It is necessary to provide security in every region, to create sustainable employment and to have a suitable job, which is one of the priorities of the governments in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The overall purpose of this study was to identify employment-generating politicalsecurity strategies to reduce the barriers to sustainable security in Bandar Anzali. From a research point of view, this research is applied. The required data of the research were collected using field method and interview tools with 10 university experts and 15 executive employment experts of Gilan province, especially Bandar Anzali city, and statistical samples were selected by targeted judging method. In data analysis, descriptive statistics including the calculation of frequency, mean and variance of each of the variables were used. In the research results, 28 factors were identified as barriers to productive employment in Bandar Anzali. 5 factors of structural barriers; 2 factors are behavioral barriers and 21 factors are in the context of background barriers. After analyzing the opinions of experts, suggestions were made to remove barriers to productive employment in Bandar Anzali, emphasizing "political and security" proposals.
