jehadi management from the perspective of Nahj al-Balaghah

The main purpose of this article is to study the dimensions of Islamic management and jihadi management from the perspective of Nahj al-Balaghah. Management is a process of social interaction; because leaders can influence the behavior of their followers and control the results of their actions. Since the Holy Quran and Nahj al-Balaghah are the most important sources of wisdom and intellectual and practical thought of the Supreme Leader in the management and administration of society. The research method of this article is a review and the historical study is of library type. This article, which is influenced by Nahj al-Balagheh's perspective on management, examines the traits of managers and their interaction with people and colleagues, explains jihadi management, and expresses the most important management characteristics. Also, in the results of library studies, the results of the studies are presented and using the texts of Nahjul Balagha, it is recommended to the managers of Islamic management style.
