Today, new knowledge and technologies have taken rapid steps to enter the third millennium, and society is changing rapidly; This issue has caused fundamental changes in the way of thinking and knowledge of the police and the need to have an integrated and efficient databases on issues such as identification and criminal records, population information, passports, foreign nationals, numbering, cars, certificates, termination of service, etc. In addition to the need to observe the speed, accuracy and precision in the performance of the police on the one hand and to minimize the number of people referring to police stations and police headquarters on the other hand, the use and development of information and communication technologies in NAJA has become inevitable.
