Geopolitical Origins of the Balkan crisis with emphasizing on security of the Muslims
The Balkan peninsula is one of the most instable regions in Europe and the world which has always considerable for regional and world powers. There are divergent ethnic and religious forces in this region which are constantly in competition with each other. The Balkan geopoletics came to a basic changes after the collapse of former Yugoslavia that concluded to the bloody ethnic and religious conflicts particularly Bosnia and Herzegovina war and the Kosovo crisis. Numerous actors were pursuing to accomplish their local, regional and universal goals in this war. In relation to find the role of the regional and universal actors, many analysis have been presented. Regarding the importance of the issue and the destination of the Balkan Moslems, we are intent to study it from the approach of the Moslems Geopletical challenges: Finding the roots of the crisis and it's effect on Balkan Moslems status which is an important historical experience. Accordingly, the present study seek to find out the role of numerous factors in the creation of crisis in this region and their effects on security of Moslems, particularly in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Kosovo. It also emphasize on (the) ways to accomplish permanent security and peace by putting stress on regional states to join regional and international treaties as the most effective ways for convergence among different tribes and countries. To this end comparative historical and analytical methods will be employed with the determined variables being used pending the stable and changing geopolitical factors.
