Effect of sport tourism on order, security and occupation of Guilan Province

Sport ecotourism is a current economy in today’s world with two aims of advertisement in a cheap way and earning money and consequently job engagement, is one of the sources of each society to reach economic, social and cultural targets. The aim of this study is analysis of effects of sport ecotourism on discipline, security and job engagement in Guilan province which from the data gathering view consist of qualitative and quantitative study. The participants of this study are 104 persons, consist of managers, representatives and tour experts of Tourism and Cultural Organization, the representatives of sports committees active in sport ecotourism, and university professors active in sport ecotourism and based on the objectives of study samples were chosen. For collecting data the ecotourism and job engagement, discipline and security questionaires with likret value of 5 and the reliability of it was verified, and the validity of it verified by the use of Alfa-Chronbsch respectively 0.830 and 0.903. For analyzing the data Fridman, Pearson, Spearman and multi-variable Regression used. The results showed that there are significant differences between priorities of sport ecotourism potentials of Guilan province. The natural sportive attractions related to beach sports, and summer sports, and climbing are the most important potentials of sport ecotourism of Guilan province. Also there is a significant difference between sport ecotourism and two variables of job engagement and security, but there is no significant difference between sport ecotourism and discipline. Furthermore, sport ecotourism can predict the rate of job engagement and security of Guilan province. Therefore based on the results we can suggest different organizations and representatives of Guilan province put some time on the sport ecotourism subjects, and also try to increase mutual collaborations between different organizations for the aim of increase of stable development of sport ecotourism, finding elites in the field of sport ecotourism development for using their ability and ideas, and examining the role of sport ecotourism stable development in social solidarity, increasing exhilaration and public security in society.
