Investigating organizational justice and its effect on the commitment of individuals in the organization(Case study: Tehran District 5 Municipalit
In the present study, the effect of organizational justice on the commitment of individuals in organizations and various dimensions of justice, including distributive justice, procedure, communication and determining the impact of organizational justice on the normative commitment of individuals in the organization, continuous commitment of individuals and emotional commitment of individuals in the organization. In other words, research on justice is usually based on past events (which affect the judgment of these people) and the consequences of those events during the evaluation. In this research, organizational justice refers to the score that the subjects gave to the questionnaire. The standard of organizational justice in three components of procedural justice, distributive justice and interactive justice is the score that the subjects give to the standard questionnaire of organizational commitment in three components: normative, continuous and emotional. In the present study of the statistical population, the employees of the municipality of District 5 of Tehran have been selected due to their availability, whose number is 1367 people. Since data collection from this large statistical population is beyond the scope of this study, a smaller statistical sample based on the simple random sampling method was obtained based on the Morgan table of 300 people. The results show that between distributive justice and There is a significant relationship between procedures and interactions and types of commitment to the organization.
