Study of Sheikh Wusu Qajar Graveyard Array in the village of Tarjan Saqez

The tombstone decorations are a reflection of cultural, social, and religious conditions, manifested in animal, plant, geometric, human, inscription, and symbolic motifs. It is not clear exactly what caused the Iranians to pay special attention to the tombstone and bring it to the border of art. It is important to study the hidden qualities of historical cemeteries in order to understand part of the world and the relationships that govern past societies ; Because by reflecting on the environmental qualities of these sites as well as researching the cultural materials scattered in their surroundings , one can gain insight into some unknowns from the past of societies and understand angles of the prevailing intellectual nature of them. The purpose of this article is to study the array of Qajar tombs of Sheikh Wusu in the village of Turjan Saqez And given that no research has been done on the cemetery so far, Therefore, the study of this Graveyard can show the importance of such works in the archeological studies of the Islamic period of Saqez. This article will try to answer these questions; Sheikh Wusu cemetery and its fascinating mausoleum belong to which group of Kurdestan in the Qajar period, And the study of literary inscriptions and the rich patterns of the tombstones of the Sheikh Wusu Graveyard , which highlight the important cultural and social implications of their time in terms of the variety and quality of the works. In the current research that was conducted in the field of descriptive and analytical method, The motifs and arrays on the gravestones were described, analyzed , classified, designed and documented. The findings of the study indicate that the historical and religious significance of the village in the Qajar period can be understood with regard to the historical cemetery of Trujan.
