Organizational agility strategy, survival strategy and success of the Petroleum University of Technology

Abstract:

This research is of exploratory mixed type. This applied research carried out designning a conceptual model of organizational agility for Petroleum University of Technology.‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ The sample size in the Qualitative section is 14 university experts. They selected by Purposeful method. In the qualitative part, the method of qualitative content analysis is used. Texts from semi-structured interviews were coded. In this way, 9 main categories and 42 sub-categories were obtained. The software used in this method is MAXQDA.The software structural-interpretive modeling technique used is SMART PLS. In evaluating the validity of the model, the combined reliability of the 9 main structures was greater than 0.7 and greater than AVE, and the value of AVE was greater than 0.5. There are three conditions for convergent validity. To evaluate the model fit, three indicators were calculated. Determination coefficient (R2 ), Stone-Geiser index (Q2 ) and GOF index.
