Identifying the components of intelligent management of traffic violations with the Haddon matrix approach
Traffic accidents and the number of deaths and injuries resulting from it, annually wastes more than 6% of Iran's GDP And this has become a major concern and has highlighted the need for intelligent management of traffic violations. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the dimensions, components and indicators of intelligent management of traffic violations with the Haddon matrix approach and according to experts.
This research is a developmental application in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of content with a content analysis approach. The research community consists of experts and experts in the inner and outer city of traffic police, traffic engineers, urban management and ITS experts. 10 people were purposefully selected and semi-structured in-depth interview tools were used to collect data.
In analyzing the data obtained from the interview; three main categories including intelligent management of traffic violations before occurrence, intelligent management of traffic violations during occurrence and intelligent management of traffic violations after occurrence were presented in traffic violation management, each of which included several components and indicators and a total of 93 indicators and 21 components. In the field of intelligent management, driving violations were identified.
Of the 93 indicators available, only 22 indicators are related to the occurrence of traffic violations and 71 indicators are related to before and after the occurrence of traffic violations.
