The role of geographical-environmental factors in the formation of human behavior: A case study of Tehran

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of geographical environment factors in the formation of human behavior. The research has been done with a qualitative, interpretive approach and grounded theory method; the data collection technique was performed using in-depth interviews with 30 men and women living in Tehran whose method of selection was purposive theoretical sampling. Due to the fact that the research has been done in an interpretive way from the inductive method, the dialectical aspects of the consonant based on the main question of the research have been done in order to achieve the desired results. The findings of this research have been done after documenting in a scientific process and using data coding in three phases. In this research, a typology of human behavior is presented that can be considered in the form of a paradigm model. Findings show that the factors of geographical environment in the formation of human behavior (love, violence, hatred) in Tehran have greatly prevailed. The obtained typology also shows that the negative effects of adverse components of the geographical environment on human behavior in the form of physical violence, verbal violence, sexual violence, psychological violence, media violence, hatred in the face of self-love, wise love, divine love, He has shown his selfless love.
