Designing a model for the formation of purposeful readiness and support in the joint force

 Logistical activity is an essential part of military activity. Amado Joint Functional Strategy Targeted support represents a comprehensive and integrated approach to transforming Amado Armed Forces support capabilities and dramatically changing the quality of logistics and support. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to design a model for the formation of readiness and purposeful support in the joint force

The research method is mixed. In the qualitative part, the data method was used and in the quantitative part, equation modeling was used. Data were collected using interview tools with the participation of 15 ready-made support experts who had served in floating training units. Quantitative information was collected through the distribution of researcher-made questionnaires whose validity and reliability were confirmed.

Based on the analysis of the interviews, 252 initial codes were identified, which were classified into 47 concepts and 20 main categories. Based on the systematic approach in the data theory of the foundation, the identified codes were divided into 6 categories including causal, contextual, intervening factors, strategies and consequences.

The mentioned model helps to change the traditional system, based on the knowledge of the participatory situation, has a complete knowledge of the process of joint operations in each place, and based on it, quickly meets the needs of units and in terms of predictive actions, Overtake operational units.
