Strategic Human Resources and Innovative Performance: Analysis of Mediating Role of Political Networking (Case: Imam Khomeini port staff)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of strategic human resources on the innovative performance of Imam Khomeini Port staff with the mediating role of political networking. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study was 950 employees of Imam Khomeini port (RA) that based on simple random sampling, 235 correct questionnaires were returned. SPSS and Smart-PLS software were used for data analysis. To measure research variables from Boon et al.'s questionnaire, 2018 ; Wang and Ahmed, 2004; Gain and Pierce, 1996 , whose reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Strategic human resources, both directly and indirectly, have a significant impact on innovative performance through the mediation of political networking and the management of key organizational stakeholders by networking and coalition building.
