Security Strategy for I.R Iran by Looking at the East Case Study: China and Russia

According to Relative similar approach of I.R Iran with Russia and China, it is possible to use the potential of Russia and China to design the optimal Security strategy for I.R Iran. Therefore, this research offers some suggested strategies and tries to answer the following question. Which strategies are suitable for I.R Iran to utilize the Russia and China's abilities? In order to suggest strategies, We applying the SWOT method and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The basic data of this article gathered by In-depth semi-structured interview and Ayatollah Khamenei's Statements. Gathered information set in survey. The result of Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE) and External Factors Evaluation (EFE) show the Central Strategic position. Therefore, strategies have been presented in the form of four aggressive, contradictory, adaptive and defensive patterns. But the final classification based on the matrix (Q.S.P.M) shows that aggressive strategies (S.O) and adaptation (O.W) based on the use of China and Russia are highly desirable, with the first five strategies based on cooperation with China and Russia, especially in economic dimensions
