Analysis of the effects of satisfaction on residential mobility in the low-income group of the new campus city

Abstract:
Housing is introduced as a human need, a complex category and has various dimensions. Entering the field of housing planning, it is achieved that this type of planning, due to the limitations and housing needs of different segments of society, has sought to meet this human need in different ways over the years, but today The limited resources of the government and the rapid increase in demand for housing do not allow housing to be provided to all members of society. Hence, the framework of national development goals, especially priority economic and social goals, determines the housing share of low-income groups. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effects of satisfaction on housing mobility in the group of low-income groups on Mehr housing projects in the Mehr Pardis housing area. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical and the data collection tool includes documentary and field studies through a questionnaire. Confirmatory factor analysis method was also used for analysis. The results show that Mehr Pardis housing in Tehran, despite the time and cost spent, has several problems that have had a great impact on the satisfaction of the audience. The results of the study of the factors representing residential satisfaction show that the factor of satisfaction with the condition of the residential complex explains the residents of Mehr Pardis housing in Tehran.
