The Principle of Deterrence is a Fundamental and Universal Rule in Development-Oriented and Sustainable Policies Related to the Exploitation of Natural Resources and Ecological Aspects of Countries, Which on the one Hand Focuses on Pollution Prevention and Precautionary Measures in the Face of the Environment and Natural Resources. On the Other Hand, it includes Systematic Protection Measures and the Cooperation of Countries and Other Persons under International Law with Regard to Environmental Activities and the Exploitation of Natural Resources, Under National Sovereignty and Jurisdiction.
