Identifying the components and presenting a model for reducing staff burnout (Case study: Central Organization of Islamic Azad University)
Considering that the purpose of this study was to identify the components of burnout and present a model to reduce burnout of employees of the Central Organization of Islamic Azad University; Research method in terms of purpose, applied; Depending on the data type, mixed (qualitative-quantitative) of successive exploratory type; According to the time of data collection, it is cross-sectional and according to the method of data collection or the nature and method of research in the quantitative part is descriptive-survey and in the qualitative part is mixed (quantitative-qualitative). The statistical population of the qualitative part of the research included experts, specialists and knowledgeable people in the field of providing reduction of burnout of employees. In order to determine the samples of this research and to determine this group of experts, the purposeful non-random sampling method of 20 people was used. Using multi-stage cluster random sampling method and calculating the sample size based on Morgan table, 325 people were selected as subjects. The research tools in the qualitative part are a five-item questionnaire and the quantitative part includes a 56-item questionnaire. The validity of the instrument was 0.89. The results of the research showed that the most important components of burnout among the employees of the sample include: decision making and control and monitoring, information technology, financial and budget system, reward system, research and development system, space, equipment and facilities, features Employee personality is the personal characteristic of managers, organizational culture, job security, management support, political, legal, governmental, cultural and economic.
