Providing a Flexible Work System Model for Recruiting and Retaining the Organization's Elites (Case Study: National Elite Foundation)
The present study was designed and implemented to provide a flexible work system model for hiring and retaining the organization's elites.
The strategy of the present study is a case study. The type of goal is practical and in terms of method, quality and multi-case study. The data theorizing strategy is the foundation. The statistical population of the present study is the managers of different departments of the National Foundation of Elites and Elites working in research institutes, of which 14 people were included in the study through purposive sampling. Interviews were used to collect data. Data analysis was performed based on thematic analysis.
The codes extracted from the interviews were classified into five categories (5 dimensions) that provide a flexible work system model. These four dimensions include flexibility in work scheduling, flexibility in place or workplace, flexibility in the amount of work (workload and hours), work continuity flexibility and functional flexibility.
The first four dimensions included dimensions related to time, place, workload and work continuity in all previous researches. The present study adds a fifth dimension to the results of previous studies which is related to functional flexibility.
