The role of supervision (internal and external) in promoting spiritual health in terms of verses and narrations

Spiritual health is one of the important pillars of health that plays a decisive role in improving and promoting other aspects of human health. In order to achieve this type of health and promote it, solutions and factors have been presented in the enlightened teachings of Islam, one of the most important of which is to pay attention to internal and external supervision.

This is a descriptive-analytical research and data collection based on the library method that examines the role of supervision in promoting spiritual health by analyzing the content.

The Holy Quran and the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) in order to protect themselves from any error can provide effective solutions such as paying attention to external and internal monitoring in achieving spiritual health and promoting it.

This study shows that the study and analysis of verses and hadiths shows that human attention to internal supervision such as the supervision of God, angels, prophets and imams on human thoughts and behaviors, and self-control as well as individual supervision Each other's actions and behaviors play a decisive role in achieving and promoting the spiritual health of the individual and society.
