Investigating the effect of new technologies on the decentralization of the decision-making structure and bureaucratic systems of public administration
Decentralization with the concept of transferring or ceding power and decision-making authority from power centers and related institutions has political, economic, cultural and social dimensions. Today, new technologies are considered as one of the most vital components of commercial, industrial and service organizations and a strategic factor for the economic development of countries. Some consider new technologies as the heart of wealth generation in various organizations and consider it almost impossible to provide competitive services and products in the global competition arena for all economic enterprises without using the required hi-tech technologies. Advanced technologies have long been considered as one of the basic elements of production and development and have always been changing with the growth of human knowledge. Acquiring advanced technologies is a very important process for organizations that have a desire for technical innovations, because these types of technologies have an impact on the organization's performance and play a significant role in achieving the organization's goals. Considering the importance and role of technology, especially new technologies, in creating a competitive advantage for organizations, one of the basic issues regarding such technologies is the method of obtaining and acquiring them. In this article, using descriptive and analytical methods and library information, the effect of new technologies on the decentralization of the decision-making structure and bureaucratic government management systems was investigated.
