The role of Rahoor police interactions with non-governmental organizations

The aim is to clarify the position of Rahoor police interactions with non-governmental organizations in various fields of education, communication-information, monitoring-care, advertising-media, services-consulting and even executive; In traffic management optimization.

The present research is an applied research in terms of purpose and is qualitative in terms of method in the descriptive-analytical field. Data collection method In this research, the field method is semi-structured using in-depth interview tools. In this study, all specialists and experts in the fields of inter-organizational communication (in informal organizations) and traffic control are a statistical community that has the ability and authority to comment on this issue (100 people). In fact, the statistical population of this study is two groups of Rahoor Police Organization and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) related to the subject. In the first part, 15 commanders, managers, experts and all employees of the Greater Tehran Traffic Police and the second statistical community, 20 managers, experts and members of non-governmental organizations related to the issue. Both statistical populations were purposefully selected until theoretical saturation.
