Abstract
The most important characteristic of the awaiting doctrine is giving dynamism and goal to the society believing the savior and attempting to pave the ground for the appearance. Therefore, awaiting can be depicted in two forms: “the resistive awaiting” with the feature of social, political and jihadi presence of the awaiters as well as playing a role in society and forming a government derived from the religious teachings under the complete permission of a well-qualified jurisprudence; and the “passive or regressive awaiting” with the feature of staying at home and witnessing the chaotic situation of the society.
In this paper, we have tried to answer this question: “which one of the basics of resistive awaiting with the centrality of a jurisprudence has been reflected in the conduct and speeches of Martyr Ghasem Soleimani. The following paper has pointed to the history of confrontation with the resistive awaiting among the deviant movements using an integrated research and descriptive-analytic data processing. After presenting the view point of Martyr Ghasem Soleimani in relation to the jurisprudential resistive awaiting, we have examinend its reasons.
