Abstract:

Today The Corona Virus which overshadow all of the world, Create somany problems. These problems should be studied in different legal aspects.One of the legal issues is the civil liability of the one who transmits the virusand harms others physically, financially or spiritually.In this Article, we try to explain the civil liability in Corona Virus casesand also review the factors like the injured persons’ previous status whichcan eliminate the liability.
