The Impact of Information Technology and Innovation on Performance Mediated by Organizational Entrepreneurship (case study: Sarmayeh Bank)
In the last decade, the issue of information technology and innovation on performance has become one of the priorities of organizations, also organizational entrepreneurship is a factor that can help in improving the impact of information technology and innovation on organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of information technology and innovation on performance mediated by organizational entrepreneurship. Research Method In this descriptive-survey study and the statistical population of the present study, 423 employees of Sarmayeh Bank in Tehran, 202 of whom were studied by simple random sampling. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire and the validity of the structure was assessed through factor analysis; Research data analysis was performed by structural equation modeling using Smart-PLS software. According to the findings of this study, the hypothesis of entrepreneurial mediation regarding the role of information technology on performance was not confirmed, but the rest of the hypotheses were confirmed. The results indicate that the organizational entrepreneurship factor can have a positive effect as a partial mediator in the relationship between innovation and performance and as a mediator to help improve the performance of the capital bank and by creating competitive advantages in the current complex conditions by maintaining and growing.
