Foundations of anthropological in Alawi Tradition

The purpose of this article is to study the tradition of the Amir al-Mu'minin (AS) as the confirming successor of the Prophet Khatam on the subject of knowing man, his position and how to deal with man. The research in this paper is of a fundamental type and its method is descriptive-analytical and the method of collecting information is based on library sources.The result of this research is that everywhere in the Alawite tradition there is talk of the inherent dignity that is common to all human beings;according to this existential relation, man is honored and his innate honor is so great that violating his sanctity as violating divine sanctity and punishing disrespect and ignoring it is the wrath of God. And in the social laws governing human life and the enjoyment of human rights in worldly life, the Alawite tradition expresses the centrality of human nature. Also in this tradition, acquired dignity, its criterion and its afterlife are mentioned, which is the result of this type of dignity, divine forgiveness. In the view of Imam Ali (AS), man is a creature who is God by nature and was not created for death, but for eternal and eternal life. As a result, the most important anthropological principles that can be extracted from the Alawite tradition are: "human dignity", "man knows God and seeks God" and "man is immortal".
