The Effect of Information Technology on Increasing Administrative Health with the Mediating Role of Organizational Transparency (Case Study: Employees of the Office of Information and Communication Technology of Ardebil Province)
The main purpose of the present study was to investigate the impact of information technology on enhancing administrative health with the mediating role of organizational transparency. Ardebil province's information technology is a statistical sample for measuring research items based on structural equation modeling methodology, estimated 250 people. To test the research hypotheses, Jackson's (2003) standard questionnaire of 25 items of information technology, Hoy & Wolfgow's questionnaire of administrative health, and Sawyer's (1992) organizational transparency questionnaire were used. Research hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS software and path analysis of structural equations. The results showed that organizational transparency has a mediating role in the impact of information technology on increasing administrative health (p <0.05).
