Therefore, it is necessary to design urban spaces in such a way that all disabled or non-disabled citizens can use the space. Our study group in this research is the blind community. Walking is very effective for blind people to explore the surrounding environment. They don't need to see the environment from above, but they need to be inside the environment and experience it. When a blind person enters a new environment that he has only heard about before, he tries to discover the environment with the help of touch and other senses, while a sighted person, who has already seen many photos of that environment, is limited to taking pictures of the environment. Slow It can play the role of eyes for the blind in space; They are materials. A variety of materials can create a variety of tactile experiences for a blind person. Therefore, in this article, by reviewing the available sources and library studies and reviewing the successful solutions experienced in other countries, with an emphasis on the CFA flooring method for the blind, in search of suitable materials, especially basic flooring, and how to use it to facilitate the presence of the blind in spaces.
