The purpose of this research is to prioritizing the key performance indicators of the villagers of Semnan province. In this regard, in the first stage, by means of library studies, searching in reliable scientific sites and finally interviewing 30 experts, including the villagers and colleagues of Semnan province, the key performance indicators of the villagers of Semnan province were identified, then with The purpose of ranking them was to form a hierarchical tree and based on that, AHP questionnaire was designed and given to the same 30 experts in the previous stage. After obtaining the primary data extracted from the questionnaires, pairwise comparison matrices were formed for the criteria at different levels, and based on the row sum method, the relative weights of each of the components in the relevant subcriteria were calculated and based on them, the rank was calculated. were classified In the next step, by multiplying the relative weights by the relative weights of the relevant criteria at higher levels, the surface weight of each component was also obtained.
