Designing an administrative health model for employees based on the life of Imam Ali (as) using qualitative Grand Theory
In the administrative law literature, administrative health is a situation in which corruption in the performance of a government organization is significantly reduced. Before any action in the field of administrative health, it is necessary to get a proper understanding of the dimensions of human existence and due to the difference between the views of Islam and the West on the dimensions of human existence, Islamic countries and organizations need to design indigenous and Islamic models in the field of health. Administrative human resources are Muslim themselves. This research seeks to design a model of administrative health of employees from the perspective of Imam Ali (as). The research method is data theory of the foundation and using this method, a model of administrative health of employees has been designed based on documents, books and articles written about the life of Imam Ali (as). Kappa index was also used to validate the model, which was measured for the model at a valid level. Finally, the administrative health model of employees was designed based on the life of Imam Ali (as) including 35 indicators, 9 components and 3 dimensions (individual factors, organizational factors and extra-organizational factors). The findings of this study are expected to pave the way for managers in Islamic societies to create administrative health in employees.
