The relationship between succession of states with the right to self-determination and its impact on Iran's National security
States as a most important active player in international system that form International law. Territory as one of the constituent elements of the state whose function is exact delimitated may change. Then state loses part of its territory or gain the land and access to their territory or with unification to come up a new state that this kind of change is rare to other forms of succession and it does not seem to happen anymore.

Nowadays, unlike decades and centuries ago every event that occurs anywhere in the world will penetrate on other areas especially the human rights, environment and the succession.The effect of scramble for independence, come up a successor state on Iran's security were considered.
The hypothesis and the achievement of research are expressed the global boundary order must be maintained and the realization of the right to self-determination except remedial secession do not lead to the separation and dissolution.
