Developing a Travel Planning Model for Tours in War Tourism Program (Rahian-e Noor)

Vehicle routing is one of the most common problems in the practical world. When the demand of travel to a particular area increase over a short period of time This Problem becomes even more important. Integrated war tourism program in Iran (Rahian-e Noor) is a case of these problems which two millions of passenger attend in from 20th February to 2nd April. This value of passenger lead to challenge in Symbols in zone such as High traffic and improper distribution of them in zone. This research develop a linear model for solving this challenge. After Statement of the problem reviewed main assumptions and then a mathematical model is developed. This model has been solved by gams software in small scale and a metaheuristic algorithm suggested for large scale. Comparison between exact and approximate algorithm shows that metaheuristic generate a good answer in Acceptable time. Then problem solved in Real conditions by this algorithm.
