Content Analysis of Nahj ol-Balāghah from the Perspective of Developing Managerial Skills: An Application in the Curriculum of Tarbiayt Mo’allem

Abstract:
The purpose of the present study is to analyze the content of Nahj ol-Balāghah based on the components of managerial skills. The method of study is descriptive-analytic and the components of developing managerial skills including science and knowledge, good policy, qualification and sufficiency, gentleness and tolerance in the 1st to the 100th sermons of Nahj ol-Balāghah were studied. The results indicated that the book of Nahj ol-Balāghah has had an explicit effort to develop managerial skills and has reproduced managerial themes. Therefore, the study and analysis of this book is suggested for students-teachers of Fahangiyān university who are the future managers of classes and schools. The performance of the efficient educational principles of Tarbiyat Mo’allem would be effective on the transformation of the sentiments and values of students-teachers and can be considered as a component in the implicit curriculum of Tarbiyat Mo’allem.
