Abstract:

Several models have been proposed to manage knowledge. This research is descriptive method used for collecting information and library studies and reviews of the latest books and related research, as well as the Internet is used. The conceptual model consists of four stages of fishing, sorting and refinement, development and dissemination, and application and commercialization of knowledge, and focuses on four areas of tacit knowledge explicit Drvny, Drvny,Dansh outer implicit and explicit knowledge and classification of external knowledge been presented. In the end, the table, the proposed model is compared with other models of knowledge management.
